Maxicool is an owner operated and managed business. Every project from estimating to onsite project management is personally managed and overseen by our very own Operations Manager.
Working closely with you, the client, we make sure that there are no corners being cut. The scope that has been agreed to and designed, is the scope that it will be built to.
Most air conditioners are installed with little or no concern for Australian standards because there isn't an overseeing body like a mechanical consultant, the practical completion is done by a building inspector who is not an air conditioning professional and as such, not all installations are to standard.
This is our point of difference, having a vast commercial background, we know the standards and we apply these to every single job, hence we can't and won't compete with the cheapest quotes.
